Steering Committee
The National Epitaxy Facility Steering Committee comprises leading semiconductor academics and industrialists from both the UK and Europe. It meets every 6 months with the Management of the National Epitaxy Facility to review the performance of the Facility, provide feedback and advise on improvement opportunities. The remit of the Steering Committee is:
- To provide independent input as representatives of the research Community on all aspects of the Facility operations.
- To review Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators and to advise EPSRC on the performance of the Facility.
- To review progress of the Pump-Priming scheme, and to advise the Facility and EPSRC whether appropriate resources are being allocated, in terms of scientific potential and likely future grant generation.
- To advise on future scientific and technical opportunities.
